What types of events do you cater?

We are a mobile kitchen and can bring the ambiance of the trolley as part of your event or we can do traditional catering at it’s freshest because we cook on site. We do Weddings, Corporate events, Staff appreciation, Film/Television/Commercial Sets, Holiday events, Festivals, Birthdays, Parties, Graduations, Church Gatherings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Office Parties, Picnics, Tastings, Meetings, or Any Special Event!

What are your minimum requirements for catering events?

With limited exceptions, the minimum price for a catered event $1500. For drop-off orders, the minimum is $300(delivery fees may apply, depending on location). 

Do you charge a travel fee?

There is no travel fee within a 30-mile radius of our Glen Ellen location; after that, there is a small fee per mile to help cover gas and other transportation costs. Please keep in mind the Trolley can’t travel all roads, our distances may be different than yours.

Does the customer need to provide plates, utensils, & napkins?

When serving from the truck, we provide disposable serving dishes, utensils, and napkins.

How far in advance do I need to book an event?

We require at least a week’s notice for catered events, though the sooner you book the better so you can secure your date.

When do you need a deposit vs. full payment?

We require a $500 deposit to secure any event.

Payment in full is required 72 hours prior to the event.
If the event is canceled:
31 days or more prior to the event date: the full deposit will be refunded
15-30 days prior to the event date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded
4-14 days prior to the event date: the full deposit will be retained by us
3 days or less prior to the event: the full amount of the event will be retained/owed to us
